We employ every carer directly and ensure they’re fully supported in every aspect of their role. Each applicant goes through a strict procedure and background checks before employment can be offered. We only employ people who are kind and compassionate and who we assess to possess the qualities that we believe make a great carer. Once employed, as well as completing our initial five-day training and assessment programme, every Logic Care carer receives regular refresher training to keep their knowledge and skillset up to date.
